By this time, many Singaporeans have received their SingapoRediscovers vouchers. Some may have already utilised all of it but for those who haven’t, there is not much time left to redeem your vouchers. You have until the end of December 2021 to book your vouchers. Just 2 more months!
Update: The validity of SRV is extended until 31 March 2022, so you can plan to use for the March holidays. However, you must book them before 31 December 2021 which is the last day of booking for the SRV.
As of 30 August 2021, you can just use your NRIC or passport to redeem your SingapoRediscovers vouchers at 34 community centres (CCs) and residents’ committee (RC) centres. This will make it easier for people (especially the elderly) who can’t access or haven’t set up their Singpass. Do note that you still cannot redeem the vouchers directly at the vendors. And while you can’t physically redeem the vouchers at the vendors, you may book your attraction tickets straight on selected merchant sites such as The original Singapore Walks, Gardens By The Bay, Singapore Zoo, National Gallery Singapore and more.
Over 1.25 million Singaporeans have used their SRV at least once, as of October 2021. This means that many of us still have remaining SRV balances. So don’t let these vouchers expire! We bring you the step-by-step guide to redeeming your SingapoRediscovers vouchers and how to maximise their value.

You Can Maximise The Value Of The Vouchers By Using Them For The $10 Child Subsidy
While you cannot stack or combine the value of the vouchers in a single booking, you can purchase tickets and let someone else use them (subject to the terms and conditions of the booking site and merchant).
Note: You are not allowed to resell your vouchers for value, transfer your vouchers or voucher codes to someone else or resell your purchased tickets for value.
For example, you can purchase tickets for your non-Singapore Citizen spouse to join you and your children on a trip to the Singapore Zoo, using your vouchers. However, you cannot use your $100 vouchers and combine them with your spouse’s $100 vouchers to book a $200 staycation.
If you want to maximise the number of your family excursions, you must have at least $10 SingapoRediscovers voucher left to use the $10 child subsidy. Instead of using your vouchers to pay for a big-ticket booking, you can make multiple smaller family trips to attractions where the child tickets are free or cheap (after the subsidies).
Each person who is entitled to the SingapoRediscovers vouchers can purchase up to 6 subsidised children tickets. If you have a large family with 6 children, you may only go for one (or two if your spouse is also a Singapore Citizen) family trip using all 6 subsidised tickets. However, the doting grandparents, aunties and uncles may also buy the subsidised children tickets for your children.
Finally, the vouchers need to be redeemed and used by end-December 2021. There is no point in redeeming the vouchers early and hoarding the tickets beyond 31 December 2021 because any unused ticket bought using the vouchers will be invalid after 31 December 2021.

Now that you are brimming full of ideas on what to use your vouchers on, let us look at how to redeem those vouchers.
Vouchers have been available for redemptions since 1 December 2020. The following is a preview of the entire process using Klook.
Step 1: Go To One Of The 5 Authorised Booking Platforms
The SingapoRediscovers (SRV) vouchers can only be redeemed on the five authorised booking platforms:
If you are unable to make the booking online or prefer in-person assistance, you can go down to the designated redemption booths.
Step 2: Look For The SingapoRediscovers (SRV) Logo and Select The Attraction, Hotel Or Tour That You Want
Attractions, hotels or tours that are eligible for the $100 SRV vouchers will be marked with SingapoRediscovers logo.
For Klook, there is a dedicated page that you can go to for all the SingapoRediscovers eligible deals. Just click on the tab “SingaporeRediscovers Vouchers” at the top right of the page.
From there, you can select your preferred SRV-eligible attraction/ hotel/ tour. You will also need to select the date and availability of your desired attraction, hotel or tour.
Step 3: Add To Cart Your Desired Number Of Tickets (Including Child Tickets)
Once you have decided on the attraction/ hotel/ tour you want and its availability, you need to add the number of tickets, including the child tickets if you want to use the $10 subsidy for child tickets.
For example, you want to have a family excursion (you, your spouse and 2 children) to Trick Eye Museum using the vouchers and the $10 subsidy.
You will have to add 2 adult tickets and 2 children tickets (of your selected date) to your cart order.
Depending on the booking site, you may have to create and log into an account before you can make your cart order. For Klook, the account login happens after you select “Book Now”.
As you can see from the booking page, it is clearly indicated that this attraction is eligible for SingapoRediscovers Vouchers
Step 3: Login To SingPass
Next, you click on the “Use your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers here” button.
A popup box will appear with more instructions on how to use your vouchers. Click on “Use SingapoRediscovers Vouchers”
This will redirect you to the SingapoRediscovers landing page.
Click on “Redeem Vouchers” to bring you to the SingPass login
Step 4: Generate Your Promo Code
After logging in to your Singapore, you can see your voucher balance and the option to redeem your vouchers in $10 increments.
If you are redeeming the subsided child/youth tickets, click on the “Have a family member below 18? Activate your child/ youth subsidies here”.
Enter the NRIC/BC/FIN of the child/ youth and your relationship with them. You can redeem the subsidised tickets as parents, grandparents, other relatives and legal guardians.
Here comes the tricky part. You only redeem the value of vouchers you want to use after deducting the child subsidies.
Recall that your cart order was for 2 adult tickets at $30 ($15 each) and 2 children tickets at $20 ($10 each). After deducting the child subsidies, the children tickets are free. This means that you will be redeeming a voucher value of $30 (and 2 child subsidies).
Click on “Get Voucher Code” to generate the voucher code.
Step 5: Apply The Voucher Code To Your Booking Site Order
Using the voucher code, you can check out at the booking site as per normal. Check that you have applied both the voucher value and the child subsidies. Don’t worry if you redeemed the wrong value, you can redo the voucher after 12 mins. The voucher code will automatically expire after about 10 mins, if you do not check out.
Check out with your payment details and you are done!
Do note that you cannot redeem the vouchers in partial value (the smallest voucher denominator you can use is $10) and any unused value is forfeited. For example, if your booking is $8 after subsidies, you will forfeit $2 voucher value when using the smallest voucher value ($10).
