One practice that gained traction during COVID-19 and continues to grow today is online shopping. Beyond clothes or other miscellaneous items, more of us now rely on online shopping for our daily groceries.

It offers the convenience of having heavy items delivered to our doorstep, saves time from queuing at physical stores, and helps us shop more efficiently by reducing impulsive buys and enabling easy price comparisons.

While some retailers & platform providers offer free delivery with a minimum purchase order, most charge affordable delivery fees.
