Every year, as part of the Michelin Guide, the annual Bib Gourmand list recognises eateries that serve quality food sold at affordable prices. Though Michelin’s official definition of “affordable” is less than $45 for a three-course meal, thanks to Singapore’s unique hawker centre culture, most of the dishes featured in this year’s list are priced under $15.
It shouldn’t come as a surprise that many of the 89 eateries in this year’s Michelin Bib Gourmand list are hawker stalls. If you and your colleagues are planning to make the most of a visit to a hawker centre, here are the top 3 hawker centres with at least 4 entries in the 2025 Bib Gourmand list.
