With the rise of cycling as a hobby in Singapore, Bromptons seem to be the choice of most Singaporeans (and even ministers). However, the high price tags of the bikes may be hard for some to swallow, considering the cheapest C Line Urban starts at $2,600.
Despite this, many will still be intrigued by how much the price tag of a Brompton can go up to. As such, here is a guide to how much it costs to own a Brompton in Singapore.
Different Models
In Singapore, three Brompton model lines are offered: the C, P, and T. Each line offers different types of setups, with the Urban variant having fewer gears while the Explore variant being slightly heavier since it has more gears. There is also a utility variant exclusive to the C Line.

There are some additional accessories that can be purchased on the Brompton store. Brompton tail lights cost $50 – $70 depending on the model purchased, while the front light costs $130. Phone mounts cost $75 – $100, and a tire pump with mounting brackets costs $70.

Finally, while Brompton no longer lists a helmet on its website, users can also purchase a $15.90 helmet from Decathlon.
