Most well-known for the National Steps Challenge and the Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge, it encourages healthier living by rewarding your healthier lifestyle choices with e-vouchers and other benefits.

How To Earn Healthpoints With The Healthy 365 App
For example, you can earn 10 Healthpoints a day by recording 5,000 steps or more using your HPB fitness tracker, a compatible tracking device, or app. You can also earn up to 15 Healthpoints daily for recording at least 6 hours of sleep each day, and up to 100 Healthpoints each week for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity during the week.
With the Eat, Drink, Shop Healthy Challenge, you can also earn Healthpoints by buying food, drinks, and groceries that carry the Healthier Choice logo from supporting outlets.
Healthpoints can be redeemed for various rewards such as FairPrice eVouchers and Kopitiam eVouchers. Regardless of reward, the typical conversion rate is 150 Healthpoints for $1 worth of e-vouchers. In a calendar year, the maximum number of Healthpoints you can earn from these challenges is 28,500, the equivalent of $190 worth of e-vouchers.

Pay Your MediShield Life Premiums With Healthpoints
However, for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 40 and above, you now have the option to use your Healthpoints to pay your MediShield Life premiums.
More importantly, you can redeem 75 Healthpoints for a $1 discount on your MediShield Life premiums. That’s effectively twice the current conversion rate.
This means that in a calendar year, after earning the maximum of 28,500 Healthpoints from the challenges mentioned above, you can use these Healthpoints to redeem a maximum of $380 worth of MediShield Life premium discounts.
With MediShield Life premiums going up in April this year, here is how much you can now expect to pay each year in MediShield Life premiums.

How To Redeem Your Healthpoints For MediShield Life Premium Discounts
Here is a step-by-step guide to redeem your Healthpoints for MediShield Life premium discounts using the Healthy 365 app.
Step 1: From the Rewards Catalogue on the Healthy 365 app, select the MediShield Life Premium Discounts.
Step 2: From The MediShield Life Premium Discounts screen, select Redeem.
Step 3: Depending on the number of Healthpoints you currently have, you can select any amount starting from $1. Here I’ve converted all my existing Healthpoints to $4 worth of MediShield Life premium discounts.
Step 4: Confirm this irreversible transaction.
Step 5: You should see this Success screen.
Step 6: You can then check the transaction on your CPF Healthcare Dashboard

Now that you can redeem MediShield Life premium discounts at twice the conversion rate, it makes financial sense to only use your Healthy 365 Healthpoints for this purpose, as long as you’re eligible to.
