Are you an experienced investor with a knack for investing? Or are you a budding investor wanting to put your skills to the test? Either way, you should take part in this online trading challenge.

Jointly organised by InvestingNote and Societe Generale, the SG Active Trading Tournament is an online tournament to get everyone to put their investment skills to the test while winning attractive prizes.

Contestants will pit their skills on trading of Daily Leverage Certificate via a simulation platform. Daily Leverage Certificate is an exchange-traded financial product that allows investors to achieve leverage exposure to key Asian benchmarks and single stocks.

The tournament will start off with the Elimination Round, which will commence on 10 September 2020. The top 10 traders who have made a minimum of 4 trades in the Elimination Round will then be selected to the Final round, which will be held in October 2020, based on the highest total portfolio returns.

As we live in an unprecedented time where going online is now the default channel for work and communication, conferences are also adapting to the new normal by shifting physical events to the virtual space.

The annual REITs Symposium, jointly organised by ShareInvestor and REIT Association of Singapore, will go online for the first time this year. However, the full-day event will continue the objective of bringing like-minded investors together to engage with each other, while allowing attendees to learn more about REITs.

This year’s event will feature two concurrent live tracks of presentations from REIT firms, dedicated live chat rooms to communicate with REITs’ management, as well as panel discussions and fireside chats to allow investors understand and glean insight about REITs.
