The Sembawang BTO units are very strategically-located, being a stone’s throw away from Canberra MRT station and about 1.5km to Sembawang MRT station. The nearest bus interchange would be Sembawang interchange. Nearby amenities include Sembawang Shopping Centre, Sembawang Community Club, Sun Plaza and Canberra Plaza, a neighbourhood centre.
