A total of 3,020 units are available for the upcoming February Build-To-Order (BTO) sales launch this year, the first launch of 2020. Locations on offer include Sembawang, a non-mature estate, and Toa Payoh, a mature estate.

BTO sales this time span across the following types of units: 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room and 3Gen.

#1 Sembawang – 1,400 units (2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room, 3Gen)

The Sembawang BTO units are very strategically-located, being a stone’s throw away from Canberra MRT station and about 1.5km to Sembawang MRT station. The nearest bus interchange would be Sembawang interchange. Nearby amenities include Sembawang Shopping Centre, Sembawang Community Club, Sun Plaza and Canberra Plaza, a neighbourhood centre.

The BTO location is also next to the Yishun Park Connector which links the Khatib Bongsu Park Connector to the Canberra Park Connector, passing through the Simpang Kiri Park Connector and Canberra-Sembawang Park Connector, and running by Yishun Swimming Complex. This BTO site is 1km away from several amenities such as Toa Payoh West Community Club, Mount Alvernia Hospital, Toa Payoh Public Library and HDB Hub.
