Started by the Health Promotion Board (HPB), Sunrise In the City (SITC) is a programme to get working professionals to work out at commercial gyms or studios near their workplaces. There are many workout choices, ranging from aerobics-dance workouts, mind-body programmes to strength and conditioning workouts, which are suitable for all fitness levels.

Furthermore, participants can also utilize the facilities provided by the gyms/ studios for a certain duration during the sessions. You get to enjoy great savings from gym memberships simply just by waking up early.

With a price tag of $0, coupled with convenience and quality classes, it is no wonder that SITC is a great hit among the office workers. In fact, it is so popular that HPB introduced lunchtime and weekend classes.

# 2 Sundays@The Park

Want to work out during the weekends but lacking a push? Sundays@The Park is a good option for those who are looking for a quick and fun workout near them.

Conducted at 84 parks island-wide, you can look forward to weekly hour-long workout sessions led by qualified instructors and trainers. There are 19 types of exercises to choose from, ranging from Piloxing and Kpop X to Boxercise and Bollyrobics.
