Tapping On Economies Of Scale
Co-sharing spaces share resources such as pantry, cleaning staff, toilets and communal areas, printing equipment, Wi-Fi and meeting rooms. Having many small companies share these resources taps on economies of scale to lower the cost of operating such a space for an office.
For small companies, there is flexibility in moving in and out of the space since plans are mostly renewed on a monthly basis. Additional hot desks or private office spaces can also be subscribed for inexpensively, which gives businesses the versatility for expansion.
