While many of us have become accustomed to working-from-home, nothing really compares to the benefits of face-to-face interaction, especially if we are discussing an important project or meeting someone new.
During the pandemic, some businesses may have downsized their working space and others may have implemented permanent work-from-home arrangements. Nevertheless, meeting offsite is a great way to improve collaboration and potentially increase creativity and productivity among employees.
