While many of us have become accustomed to flexible work arrangements in the post-pandemic world today. We may enjoy partial work-from-home weeks and part-time work arrangements, and, as a result, start hot-desking at our office – since it does not need to be as big and luxurious anymore.
But, nothing really compares to the benefits of face-to-face interaction, especially when everyone in the team is present and there’s not enough space to bring everyone together.
