While many of us have become accustomed to working from home in an endemic environment, nothing really compares to the benefits of face-to-face interaction, especially if we are discussing an important project or meeting someone new.
Since the pandemic, some businesses may have downsized their working space and others may have implemented permanent work-from-home arrangements.
Even though all employees are now allowed to return to workplaces, companies that have embraced remote working may prefer to host meetings offsite.
Meeting offsite is a great way to improve collaboration and potentially increase creativity and productivity among employees. When meeting new partners, having a physical interaction can also be beneficial.
