SGEP Is For Young Local Talent Including Existing Employees
To be eligible for Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP), the young talent must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. They must also be a fresh graduate or existing employees with less than three years of work experience.
Most importantly, they need to possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have the passion and ambition to bring Singapore to the international stage.

SGEP Enables Young Talent To Work Overseas With Funding Support
Under the SGEP, young talents will be offered a structured career progression pathway, including job rotations to core functions through a management associate or graduate programme. They will also gain access to overseas work experiences and receive mentoring from company leaders.
Participating companies will also provide an overseas package for overseas job postings. This covers the cost of living allowance, accommodation, and airfare and more.
Additionally, young talents will also be offered the opportunity to undergo an internationally recognised executive education programme during their employment.
Companies Already On The Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP)
Currently, 6 companies are already on board the SGEP. These are high growth local companies with global ambitions ready to expand and develop their young local talent.
AEM: a semiconductor and electronics test solutions provider and global leader in test innovation. Castlery: a digital-first lifestyle brand with international markets contribution close to 80% of revenue. They deliver to 54 metropolitan areas across the US, Australia and Singapore.
Commonwealth Capital: a Singapore-based investment company with a end-to-end portfolio in F&B, covering farm to fork. The group focus on the food vertical chain, including Barramundi farming, meat production, bakery, ice cream, ready-to-eat products and warehousing and logistics services. In total, they manage over 300 retail points in 13 countries.
