Hansapoint underwent a facelift during an asset enhancement initiative which completed in 2022 and cost $7.5 million. This upgrade gave Hansapoint a new driveway, lift lobby and toilets among other upgrades. Hansapoint is managed by CapitaLand, and is ideal for companies in Aviation, Technology, Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology, Industrial Design, and Backend IT & Financial Services.
Some features of this building include end-of-trip features such as bicycle racks and lockers for employees who wish to cycle to work, as well as QR code registration for visitors make Hansapoint conveniently accessible both for employees and visitors alike.
Plaza 8
Plaza 8 features an 8-storey business tower, along with two podiums with F&B and retail on the first floor, which offers employees some convenient food options. Plaza 8 also features two futsal pitches, as well as a rooftop garden, offering meeting/activity spaces as well as recreational amenities. Plaza 8 is managed by CapitaLand.
One@Changi City

Eightrium is owned by Soilbuild Business Space Reit, and is made up of two wings, with 8 storeys in the East wing and 6 storeys in the West wing and is designed for software/product design & development, data processing, R&D, IT, banking and aviation industries.
Convenient Accessibility

Expo MRT station is within a 5-minute walking distance with sheltered walkway (dotted line) of most buildings within the CBP area, making this area very accessible for people working in the area. In addition to this, the district also has a lot of bus stops (represented by red dots on the map).
Changi Airport and Jewel are just 1 stop away by MRT, making this area very accessible both by international travellers as well as employees working in the business park. Aside from this, the central business district is also a 30-minute train ride away.
CBP is also served by public bus services 20, 47 and 118 which serve Tampines, East Coast, and Punggol areas respectively. By car, CBP is also easily accessible from the East Coast Parkway (ECP).
Other than its convenient transport connectivity, CBP is also in close proximity to Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) which offers companies the opportunity to conveniently collaborate with researchers and students. Changi Business Park Garden also stretches in between the buildings, providing a lush corridor of greenery stretching across the middle of CBP for after-work jogs.
