This can be either through an&nbsp;<strong>ART-positive result<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>COVID-19 positive result<\/strong>. Your positive test result should be for the period from 11 October to 31 December 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You also need to have fully paid for your respective membership, which should have commenced on or before 30 September 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible freelancers and self-employed need to submit your application no later than 30 calendar days from the date of your first ART-positive or COVID-19 positive test result. However, the payouts range between $50 and $200.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The payout you receive will be based on two things: 1) your isolation period and 2) your membership status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Stipulated Isolation Period<\/td><td>Eligible Member Of:<br>1) NPHVA<br>2) NTA<\/td><td>Eligible Member Of:<br>1)NICA<br>2) NDCA<br>3) VICPA<br>4) U FSE<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Shorter and 4 days<\/td><td>$100<\/td><td>$50<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>4 days or more<\/td><td>$200<\/td><td>$100<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For receive the payout, you have to show proof of your first ART-positive or COVID-19 positive test result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For those with isolation periods that are&nbsp;<strong>shorter than 4 days<\/strong>, you can provide the following documents for proof of first&nbsp;<strong>ART-positive test result<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>HealthHub screenshot (for those who visit Quick Test Centres (QTC) \/ are under Employer-led Supervised Self-Swab (ESSS)); or<\/li><li>Date and time-stamped photo of test kit showing first ART-positive test result, together with applican\u2019ts photo ID; or<\/li><li>Proof of declaration of first ART-positive test result to platforms \/ operators (for P2P drivers)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Those who test ART-positive should wait till after 10 days to apply for their disbursement. This is because the initial self-isolation period may extend beyond 72 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For those with isolation periods that are&nbsp;<strong>4 days or more<\/strong>, you need to provide the
