– Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
– At least 21 years of age
– Must have graduated\/completed National Service (whichever later) at least two years prior to date of PCP application<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New hires have further requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Must not be hired for more than three months
– Must not be in the same job role prior to joining the PCP
– Cannot be a shareholder\/related to owners of company applying for the PCP, or its related companies
