This week, we speak to Rachel Chong, co-founder of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/kura.sg\" target=\"_blank\">KURA<\/a>, a local artisanal cafe that specialises in unique, handcrafted pastries and desserts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rachel and her business partner Koojee (pictured, right) are both chef p\u00e2tissi\u00e8res who started KURA in 2019. (My team and I love our ice lemon tea recipe. We can drink it everyday and not get sick of it)<\/li><li>Pastry tasting.
