SGEP Is For Young Local Talent Including Existing Employees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP), the young talent must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. They must also be a fresh graduate or existing employees with less than three years of work experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SGEP Enables Young Talent To Work Overseas With Funding Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Under the SGEP, young talents will be offered a structured career progression pathway, including job rotations to core functions through a management associate or graduate programme. They will also gain access to overseas work experiences and receive mentoring from company leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participating companies will also provide an overseas package for overseas job postings. This covers the cost of living allowance, accommodation, and airfare and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, young talents will also be offered the opportunity to undergo an internationally recognised executive education programme during their employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies Already On The Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Currently, 6 companies are already on board the SGEP. These are high growth local companies with global ambitions ready to expand and develop their young local talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
